Teresa Rivetti places her legal expertise at the service of the firm’s clients, whom she listens to attentively in order to identify their specific needs. She advises and represents them at every stage of the proceedings, offering tailored solutions aligned with their desired outcomes. Her previous experience as a court clerk has provided her with an in-depth understanding of the functioning of judicial institutions.

Holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Lausanne, Ms. Rivetti worked alongside her studies—and subsequently thereafter—as a clerk for several authorities within the Vaud judicial system. These include the “Tribunal d’arrondissement de Lausanne” (Criminal Chamber and “Tribunal des prud’hommes” – ad hoc), the “Ministère public de l’arrondissement de Lausanne”, and the “Justice de paix des districts du Jura-Nord vaudois et du Gros-de-Vaud.”

Since 1 October 2024, Ms. Rivetti has been completing her legal traineeship at Horizon Avocats.
