The Firm further has recognised experience in disputes relating to the protection of employees’ personal rights, including workplace harassment, mobbing and discrimination, in particular under equality legislation.
In addition, the Firm supports its clients in the drafting and review of employment contracts, internal policies and regulations, and other contractual or compliance-related documentation, such as codes of conduct and ethical charters.
