The Firm advises and represents individuals on all matters relating to immigration and residence law.

Its lawyers regularly assist with asylum applications, including applications for an N permit, as well as the acquisition and renewal of residence permits, including cross-border permits (G), short-term permits (L), residence permits (B) and settlement permits (C).

The Firm further advises on applications for citizenship and visas, provisional admission, and permits in cases of exceptional hardship.

It also represents clients in matters relating to removal from Switzerland and challenges administrative decisions issued by the cantonal population offices (SPOP), the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) and the Federal Administrative Court.
