Alan Mazzagatti
Trainee
Alan brings rigour to every matter and takes care to understand each case in its entirety. The breadth of his experience, both judicial and academic, gives him a well-rounded approach to the law, which he places at the service of the firm’s clients by seeking clear and tailored solutions.
Holding a Bachelor of Law from the University of Lausanne and a Master of Law from the Universities of Zurich and Lausanne, obtained summa cum laude, Alan has served as an ad hoc judicial clerk at the District Court of Lausanne (Labour Court and TRIPAC) and as a trainee judicial clerk at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the La Côte district, as well as a lay judge at the Tenancy Court. He has also been a research assistant in health law at the University of Lausanne, a field in which he also publishes, and headed the legal service of the Federation of Student Associations of the University of Lausanne (FAE), before working within the legal department of a Geneva-based banking institution, in both civil law and employment law.
Since April 1, 2026, Alan has been completing his attorney traineeship at Horizon Avocats.
